Not all stories are created equal. And the way we tackle those stories can adjust based on schedule needs, story requirements, etc.

When working on the initial stages of a project, I help multiple team move forward by guiding informed, decision-making exercises. This helps our product managers and rest of the team know what work we should do (requirements) and in what order we should do it (priority). This is done using a number of research driven activities like competitive analysis, usability testing , analytics, and leading cross-functional technical investigations.
