Over half of Wemo users had connected to a Voice Control Partner (Alexa, Google, Apple Home app)
We had a question as a business: Should Wemo continue to invest resources in our app if growth trends suggest that our products will be used elsewhere in the future?
I broke that question down into ones we could ask our users in the form of a survey.
Questions:
Once users connect to a voice control partner, do they come back to the Wemo app?
If they do come back to the Wemo app, what are their reasons for doing so?
It also seemed wise to utilize this survey to gain additional understanding about the smart home ecosystem of our users
Do our users know they can connect Wemo products to our partners?
Which Voice Control assistant is used most?
For the users who don’t have a Voice Control assistant, what is preventing them from buying one?
What was it like to connect Wemo to a Voice Control assistant?
